My name is Mikayla Ruby, owner, former Georgia Tour Company guide, & TWD super fan!

My grandfather got me into the show, which then became the superglue to our already tight bond. We watched every Sunday along with Talking Dead, discussed the show after, & we went to conventions just him & I. He passed in 2018 but every tour I feel his presence next to me.

​

I had visited Senoia several times throughout the years, witnessed filming, watched the walls come down, and was lucky enough to take the studio tour in 2019! My family & I fell in love with Senoia, & Georgia, over the years and decided that this was where we should be, making the jump to move in December 2023. March 2024, I became a tour guide for the very company I loved so much (having taken multiple tours at that point).

I very quickly fell into the small yet loving tour family created by Julie Brown. None of this would be possible without her being my mentor & friend. So here we are! 

​

When I speak of how this show connects people & the bonds it creates, I am speaking from experience. I would not be here today if it wasn’t for my grandfather, Julie, & many others that I’ve connected to through this show and job.

I can’t wait to meet all of you and welcome you into the Georgia Tours Fanmily!
